This project included planning and setting up of specialized IT infrastructure for SAP HANA on certified hardware and SAP Application tier on a virtualized environment with a disaster recovery site for a leading automotive dealership in Qatar.
CALTROP’s services included liaising with the customer for installation and commissioning of hardware; integration of new hardware into the infrastructure solution; configuring all operating systems and software; updating and patching software stack to required level; deploying backup solutions as per planned schedules; imparting user training to local IT team; and providing documentation of the new infrastructure.
